Error on IDM UI

Dear experts,

I am facing an issue while creating an identity on IDM UI.

Error: Could not execute task Create Identity for entry null.

This is being encountered on save event. If I am trying to create identity without adding any privilege to it, it goes on smoothly.

Kindly suggest.
